Traditional cooking classProvided in the main kitchen of one of the most garndiose riads, workshops are organized by groups of 2 to 4 people to ensure each participant a personalized welcome in a nice ambiance. The guests will learn how to prepare an appetizer, main course and dessert. They will begin with a visit of the souks with the chef and a guide to buy good and fresh products.

At the end of each session, the guests will taste the dishes they have prepared during a friendly lunch on the terrace overlooking the Medina or in the dining room. A list of recipes dedicated by the chef will be given at the end of the course to share a grain of Morocco at home, with family or friends.

Visit to a local organic goat farm

A 4 hour visit that immerses you in the daily activities of a local farm that produces a range of organic products such as cheeses, honey, olive oil, saffron. One of the first organic certified farm in Morocco, it caters to the royal family and some of the legendary hotels in the country.

The guest will visit the goat stables, assist and even participate in the manual milking process. He will be introduced to the technique of cheese making and enjoy a tasting menu of the organic farm products. A cooking class with organic fruits and vegetables from the farm can be arranged at an additional cost. The healthy Food and tasting includes:

  • A tray of different crafted organic goat cheese
  • Local honey, olives, olive oil
  • Tea with saffron, or with aromatic or medicinal plants, coffee, goat milk and mineral water
  • Local bread, harcha, Mlaoui.
